In all honesty, Whole Heart Images deserves more than 5 stars because he basically saved our wedding. We Booked with a larger media company called Tolman Media. They went out of business two months before our wedding day, and took our deposit with them. We found Edward at Whole Heart Images, and he made it clear that he was committed to giving us the wedding of our dreams despite the media company before him, and he absolutely delivered on his word.
He was so amazing to work with! He was responsive, he was thorough, he was creative, he was so thoughtful and aware of all the photos we wanted and how to maneuver in HOT weather to get them all. Edward assured us that he was going to charge us fairly and although we weren’t able to have a videographer like we planned, he documented our wedding memories beautifully, and the photos are breathtaking! If you’re looking to support an ethical and compassionate business- Whole Heart Images and Edward are for you. The media company situation was very unfortunate, we’re grateful to it though because we likely wouldn’t have found Edward otherwise and he took what could have been a disaster and made it an outstanding experience!! ~ Kelly Burris

Edward was great on our wedding day, and he was really easy to work with! He sent us the photos in just two weeks after our wedding, which we thought is very fast. The package we bought was a good value as it gives a one-hour engagement photo session for free. Even if it's free of charge, Edward put a lot of thoughts into what postures we can make that will look great on camera, which is super useful to us as we don't take photos a lot and have no idea how we should act in the engagement photo shot haha. ~ Veronica Hang/Knox
Edward was an absolutely dream to work with for our engagement and wedding pictures! From the first email, he showed he was invested in our vision for the day by asking questions and offering suggestions on how to make the day even more special. He also provided excellent communication along the way and was flexible with us when it came to planning timelines. The process for getting a quote and picking a package/what we wanted included on our big day was seamless! By the time we actually met him in person several months later, we were incredibly comfortable working with him and got some great engagement shots, despite the heat, humidity, and wind trying to takeover. Edward was incredibly professional and safe when it came to taking COVID precautions. Our friends and family continually point out how our love and joy shines through in the pictures we have. I really enjoy taking my pictures of with Edward! He was very professional, down to earth. His coworker and him did a wonderful job on my engagement photos and family photos! He was very responsive whenever I needed to ask him a question he was there to help and give me an answer! They did a very good job handling my kids and everything else. My pictures are so beautiful!
